We will be performing an upgrade to the latest version of both our secure.prxy.com email cluster and our Spamblock software, as well as preventative maintenance on all servers. This upgrades include a variety of improvements and bug fixes. If there are delays of any sort, they will be updated on this status page.

Our maintenance window is from 10pm PDT Friday night May 11, 2012, to 3am PDT Saturday morning May 12, 2012. If this time causes you significant difficulty, please contact us right away. We expect the servers to be unavailable for about two hours during this window for each set of upgrades, overlapping email and Spamblock upgrades.

During the actual email server upgrade time you may not be able to access your email or other data on the mail server. During the Spamblock server upgrade, incoming mail will be delayed and you will not have access to the web interface to Spamblock. Data already sync'd to your Outlook or other mail program will still be available to you. Some programs may offer limited access, or none at all if they do not have an "offline" function.

11:37am PDT - One mail server in the secure.prxy.com cluster stopped responding. You may experience timeouts sending or receiving email.
UPDATE: The server has been fixed and is responding properly by 11:52am PST.

1:47am PDT - maintenance is complete and all services are operating normally.

We will be performing emergency maintenance on one of the mail servers in the secure.prxy.com cluster between 10pm and 2am today. We will minimize the down time for this server and provide an update when maintenance is complete.
