Password Recovery

NOT FOR YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD: This page will reset the password for your billing and domain management account, not your email or your web control panel.

To change your email password, please log in to webmail (https://webmail.prxy.com/ for most customers) and click the Preferences tab. If you do not have your current password, please see our email password reset instructions.

TO RESET YOUR BILLING/DOMAIN PASSWORD: This password reset requires access to the primary email contact address for the billing account. If you are trying to log in and your contact email address is not accessible, please contact us for assistance. Be sure to provide an alternate contact email address!

When you receive your temporary password and log in, you will see a page with a red banner prompting you to change to a password you choose. That is not an error, just a prompt to set your password.

I know my billing system username...

Username:	Enter the www.prxy.com billing system username and we will send password reset information to the email address on file.

I know my billing contact email address...

Email:	Enter the email address on your www.prxy.com billing system profile and the password reset information will be emailed to that email address.

I know my domain name...

Domain Name:	. Enter a domain name that has been registered with our company and we will send the password reset information to the email address on file for the account owner.

Type in your information above, and a confirmation will be emailed to your email address on record.
